Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service below, even if you have read it or not. Please read thoroughly.
General Terms
You NEED to be 18 years of age to commission me. If you are under 18 and wish to commission, then I would need your Parent/Guardian's permission. Your Parent or Guardian would need to contact me personally stating that they give me permission to create work for you and that they agree to make the payment for it. If you are found to be under 18 and didn’t get permission, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in future.

I have the right to cancel your commission at any time for the following reasons: rude and aggressive behaviour towards me, begging me to lower my prices, refusing to make payment or continuing your payments, a personal emergency which will leave me unable to make your commission, commission slots become full.

I have the right to refuse your commission if I feel uncomfortable doing it or if I feel it’s too complicated for my ability.

Don't commission me if you are not financially able to do so.
Payment
I can ONLY take payments through Paypal or Etsy.

I do NOT accept the following as payment: Money/cheques through the mail, Deviantart points, Amino coins, Characters and adopts.

Don't commission me if you are not financially able to do so.

Full payment needs to have been received before I can begin your commission. For commissions over £50 I would need to take 50% before I begin(This is for Paypal only as Etsy require full upfront payment). This is to prevent scams and/or buy materials to get started.

If there is no response or payment within 10 days from when I last messaged you/sent out the emailed invoice, I assume that you no longer wish to commission me and your slot will be given to someone else.

Once I've began work on physical commissions I cannot give refunds.

I can give full refunds in emergency situations with given genuine proof. If this happens when I have started, near completed, or finished a commission, I get full permission to make changes to the design and to sell it onto someone else. This also applies to those who have agreed to an art trade with me and don’t complete their side of the trade.
Process
Have clear visual references ready. I will not create work from only text descriptions.

Please write clearly any details which are really important about this commission.

Send SFW(Safe For Work) references only, or your commission chance will be instantly declined.
Depending on the style of the work I’m making, some details and shapes may have to be simplified. You will be notified if this is the case.

Don't ask me to imitate another artist's style. Please check my examples and past works to give you an idea of the styles I work with.

I will not create work relating to the following: NSFW(Not Safe For Work), fetishes, offensive/racist art, hate art directed at a person or group.
I don't work with deadlines. If you would like something made before a certain date please ask well in advance so I can arrange my queue order. I can't guarantee that your commission will make it before a certain date.

If you are not happy with something in your piece while I’m making it, please do tell me as soon as possible! I always send WIPs(Work In Progress) photos/screenshots as I go along, so that is a good time to correct me if I have done something wrong. If you wait till the last then it most likely cannot be changed without an extra charge.
If you wanted certain materials to be used in your piece, tell me in your quote request and before payment as this can affect the materials cost. Failure to inform me would mean that you have to send an extra payment or I create the piece with the materials that had already been planned.
After Completion
By commissioning me, you are agreeing that I can upload photos of the finished piece/s to my official socials/websites, gallery/portfolio, or to show as examples to new commissioners. If the piece is not to be revealed till a certain date i.e because it’s a gift, Birthday/Christmas present, make sure you let me know the date in which I can post afterwards.
Do not claim my work as your own.
Do not remove my signature on digital pieces.
Do not take apart my physical crafts to steal/trace my patterns.
If you are not happy with something in your finished piece, please politely contact me about the problem and I’ll see if I can help you.

If you file a chargeback against me, I have the right to make changes to the commission and sell it on to a new buyer. A public 'Buyer Beware' will also be made and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in future.
Shipping
I am not responsible for your items once I’ve handed them over to the post office. I’m not at fault if the post office/mail centres loses your item and a refund cannot be given.

I always give the option of either 'Standard' or 'Tracked shipping'. Neither will guarantee that your package will not get lost, though I will try my best to get them to find your package if possible.
I'm not responsible for any import tax/fees which customs may attach to your package.

I sometimes offer the chance to pick up your commission if I’ll be attending conventions within the UK and EU. This means free shipping and priority over other commissions to meet the deadline. If you are NOT attending the convention and use this to get ahead of others in the queue, your commission will be cancelled, refunded, and you will blacklisted from commissioning me again in future.
Commissioning Art as a Gift
I have no problem with anyone wishing to commission work from me to gift to a friend, partner etc. but you will need to agree to the following next few rules otherwise you risk your commission being cancelled without no refunded, or risk being blacklisted from commissioning me again in future.
You need to declare that the character you want me to make, ‘doesn’t belong to you’. Failure to inform me will result in a cancellation and blacklisted from commissioning me again in future.
I will need some form of active contact to the owner of the character. If I feel that I need to contact them I will do so.
You will need to tell me the date that you will be gifting the work to the recipient. This is so I can publicly display the work on my online gallery without giving away the surprise, and so I can check up with them afterwards to see if they have received it.
If you have commissioned a physical craft and I find that you have not sent the gift to the recipient, you will be blacklisted. If there was an emergency or a problem which stopped you from gifting the work on time, I would need to see proof.
If you and your friend / partner etc. had a falling out during the making and you no longer want to gift the craft to them, I can give a refund but the owner must agree that I can make changes to the design and sell on to someone else. If I have already finished and sent you the craft, I am willing to give a refund as long as you pay the postage to return the craft back to me within 2 weeks of receiving it and in the same condition that I sent it. If you do not return the craft and destroy it, or if you return the craft but it has been deliberately vandalised, you will not be refunded and will be blacklisted from commissioning me again in future.
